Cancellation Policy

We believe in keeping things simple. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling or modifying your ORME AI subscription.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your ORME AI subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel your subscription:

Navigate to Settings

Log in to your ORME AI dashboard and go to Dashboard → Billing → Subscription

Click “Cancel Subscription”

Select the cancel option and confirm your decision. You will be asked to provide optional feedback about your reason for cancelling.

Receive confirmation

You will receive an email confirming your cancellation and the date your access will end.

Alternatively, you can cancel by emailing ormedevteam@gmail.com with your registered email address and a cancellation request. Our team will process it within 1 business day.

2. What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel your subscription, the following applies:

  • You will retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied to your payment method after cancellation
  • Your AI agents will continue to operate normally until the billing period ends, at which point they will be automatically paused
  • All active automations, keyword triggers, and workflows will be paused at the end of the billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan with its associated limitations

Important note

Cancellation does not immediately terminate your access. You can continue using all paid features until the last day of your current billing cycle. If you change your mind, you can reactivate at any time before the billing period ends without losing any data or settings.

3. Data After Cancellation

We understand your data is important. Here is how we handle it after cancellation:

  • 30-day retention period: After your subscription ends, we retain all your data (including knowledge base, brand voice settings, automation configurations, and subscriber data) for 30 days
  • Data export: During the 30-day retention period, you can request a full export of your data by contacting our support team
  • Permanent deletion: After the 30-day retention period, all your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems, including backups
  • Instagram disconnection: Your connected Instagram accounts will be disconnected and all cached Instagram data will be removed
  • Billing records: Transaction and billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax regulations, even after data deletion

If you wish to have your data deleted immediately without waiting for the 30-day period, you can submit a data deletion request to ormedevteam@gmail.com.

4. Reactivation

If you change your mind after cancelling, reactivating your subscription is straightforward:

  • Within the billing period: If you reactivate before your current billing period ends, your subscription will continue seamlessly with no data loss or additional charges
  • Within the 30-day retention window: If you reactivate within 30 days after your billing period ends, all your data, configurations, and settings will be fully restored
  • After the 30-day window: If more than 30 days have passed since your subscription ended, your data will have been permanently deleted. You can create a new subscription, but you will need to set up your account from scratch

To reactivate, simply log in to your ORME AI dashboard, navigate to Billing, and select a new subscription plan.

5. Downgrading Plans

Instead of cancelling, you may choose to downgrade to a lower-tier plan:

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the current billing period
  • If your current usage exceeds the limits of the new plan (e.g., number of keyword triggers or active workflows), excess configurations will be paused but not deleted
  • You can re-enable paused configurations at any time by upgrading back to a plan that supports them
  • Analytics data retention will adjust to match the new plan's limits

To downgrade, go to Dashboard → Billing → Change Plan and select the plan you want to switch to.

6. Enterprise Cancellation

Enterprise plans operate under custom contractual agreements and may have different cancellation terms:

  • Enterprise cancellations are governed by the specific terms outlined in your enterprise service agreement
  • A minimum notice period (typically 30 days) may be required for enterprise plan cancellations
  • Custom integrations, dedicated infrastructure, and white-label configurations will be decommissioned according to a mutually agreed timeline
  • Enterprise data migration support is available upon request to help transition your data to another platform
