Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ORME AI. If things are not working out, here is everything you need to know about our refund process.

1. Subscription Plans Overview

ORME AI offers a range of subscription plans designed to serve individual creators, growing teams, and enterprise organizations:

100,000 AI interactions/mo

All paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. This refund policy applies to all paid subscription plans. The free Starter plan does not involve any charges and is therefore not subject to refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal date
  • You have not consumed more than 10% of your monthly AI interaction allocation during the current billing period
  • Your account has not been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription within the past 6 months

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny such requests at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Briefly describe why you are requesting a refund. This helps us improve the Service for future users.

Await confirmation

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a decision and next steps.

4. Processing Timeline

Once your refund request has been approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and charges are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used AI interaction credits: If you have consumed more than 10% of your monthly AI interaction allocation, those credits are considered used and non-refundable
  • Overage charges: Any charges incurred for exceeding your plan's interaction limits are non-refundable
  • Custom enterprise setup fees: One-time setup, integration, or customization fees for Enterprise plans are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Add-on purchases: Additional interaction packs or premium feature add-ons purchased separately from the base subscription
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations: No refunds will be issued if your account was suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds instead of full refunds:

  • If you have used a significant portion of your AI interaction allocation but are still within the 7-day refund window, we may issue a prorated refund based on unused resources
  • If you downgrade from an annual plan mid-term, you may receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your subscription
  • Service disruptions or outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours may qualify for a prorated credit on your next billing cycle

The exact refund amount for partial refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused period and resources at the time of the request.
